Clare-Ellen, owner and ear nurse specialist brings over 10 years of full-time experience to the practice.
Unlike many ear nurses, Clare-Ellen sees patients of all ages, including children,
drawing on her valuable background as a Plunket nurse to provide gentle,

We sought advice from Dr Sumit Samant, leading ENT Surgeon, who recommends the use of vegetable oil prior to your appointment.

Instructions for Oil Use
Place 1/2 teaspoon Vegetable oil (or Olive oil) into your ear
and lie on your side for 15-20 minutes, roll over let the oil
drain out onto tissue and repeat the process in your other ear.
Do this once a day for three days before your appointment.
​No ear buds or cotton wool needed.
